Some incidents of sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct may be resolved through an informal resolution process without a full investigation. If informal resolution is appropriate, an ODR Investigator or local Title IX Coordinator, or the University Title IX Resource Coordinator will work with parties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Informal resolution is a voluntary process. Additional information about requesting an informal resolution is available in the applicable procedures.
