When you visit ODR, you can expect to learn about:

• how to file a formal complaint with the University Title IX Coordinator
• the investigative process
• the procedures pursuant to the University's policies regarding sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct
• the hearing process pertaining to the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy
• informal resolution

Additionally, at the request of the School or unit, ODR sometimes conducts investigations into alleged violations of University policies other than the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy, Interim Other Sexual Misconduct Policy, and the Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Policy. You may also request an informational meeting to answer questions about investigations under these other policies.

ODR staff are trained to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion. Although not a confidential resource, they protect and respect privacy to the greatest extent possible, sharing information only on a need-to-know basis.
