Prior to joining ODR, Bianca investigated complaints involving sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation at Brown University. Bianca previously practiced law at a major international law firm in New York, specializing in white collar investigations, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark G. Mastroianni at the United Stated District Court in Massachusetts.
