Jennifer previously worked at the U.S. Department of Labor for a number of years, serving as an Attorney Advisor to the Boston District Chief Judge in the Office of Administrative Law Judges and subsequently as an Investigator conducting whistleblower investigations for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. From 1997 through 2023, Jennifer contracted with numerous Federal agencies at various stages of the Federal sector equal employment opportunity process, including conducting investigations and authoring final agency decisions. She joined the Harvard community as an ODR Investigator in 2023 and was responsible for conducting investigations and University-wide trainings.
