Investigative staff members receive trainings on issues related to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct, including, but not limited to, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, and on investigation techniques that protect the safety of the parties and promote equity and accountability.

The following training materials are posted in accordance with 34 C.F.R. 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D), which requires ODR to make materials for Title IX trainings held on or after August 14, 2020, publicly available. The trainings listed below include both internal and external training materials attended by ODR staff investigators. ODR does not create or control the content or substance of external trainings.
