File a Formal Complaint

You may file a complaint alleging a violation of the University's Interim Policies regarding sexual harassment or other sexual misconduct that is alleged to have occurred on or after August 14, 2020, by submitting the complaint to the University Title IX Coordinator at csndr_titleix@harvard.edu. Read more about how to file a formal complaint on the Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights & Responsibilities (CSNDR) website.

You may file a complaint alleging a violation of the University's Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Policy regarding sexual and gender-based harassment that is alleged to have occurred between September 1, 2014, and August 13, 2020, by submitting the complaint to the Office for Dispute Resolution at odr@harvard.edu.
