Jennifer is an ODR Investigator and a licensed attorney. After serving as an Attorney Advisor to the Boston District Chief Judge at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, she conducted whistleblower protection investigations for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. From 1997 through 2023, Jennifer contracted with numerous Federal agencies at various stages of the Federal sector equal employment opportunity process, including conducting investigations and authoring final agency decisions. Jennifer holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Emmanuel College.
