Patrick is an ODR Fellow. Prior to joining ODR, Patrick was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where he gained experience in civil rights. His earlier work at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration included serving as an investigator and a regulatory counsel. He earned his B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles; M.S. and doctorate from the University of Southern California; and J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School.
