As ODR’s Associate Director and Investigator, Susanna conducts ODR investigations and University-wide trainings, supervises four staff members, and assists the ODR Director in overseeing the investigative and resolution processes. Prior to joining ODR, Susanna worked extensively in the Title IX field, conducting Title IX investigations on behalf of educational institutions throughout the country, serving as an advisor to parties involved in Title IX investigations, and providing many Title IX Advisor and Investigation trainings. Beyond Title IX, she also oversaw and conducted employment investigations at the Investigations Center of Expertise for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where cases involved discrimination and harassment based on all protected categories. Prior to her Title IX and employment investigation work, Susanna practiced as an attorney and investigator in the criminal justice system. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland and her B.A. in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
